Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas.

The particular method of reflexology that I use is called The Ingham Method named after Eunice Ingham. I also employ a unique combination of therapeutic modalities that I call the Body Tune-up. This help my clients achieve a greater state of relaxation.

Jim started his reflexology practice in 1997. Over the years, he gained knowledge and experience in energy therapies, Hawaiian Skin Massage and finally in 2000, he went to Alexandria School of Massage Therapy In Indiana where he studied Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy, a cross fiber massage. He also studied craniosacral therapy.

At present, he utilizes a combination of techniques to include chair massage, reflexology, and craniosacral therapies to offer his clients the best in therapeutic and relaxation therapies to date. He calls his unique therapy a Body Tune-Up.
